One Application. Two Paths to Be Licensed
Apply online for a hotel or catering service licence, follow every stage in real time, and receive a publicly verifiable certificate on approval.
Choose your application
- Star rating, room and bed capacity
- Licence and compliance document upload
- Bookings, channels and guest portal on approval
- Guided multi-step licence submission
- HACCP and hygiene documents with peer review
- Menus, dishes and service KPIs on approval
The licensing flow
Hotels and catering providers follow the same six public stages. You are told at every step whether the file is with the regulator or waiting on you.
- 1 · Submit application
Fill the online form for your hotel or catering service, add premises GPS coordinates and upload the required documents.
- 2 · Pre-screening
The licensing desk checks completeness. Missing items come back to you as a correction request you can fix and resubmit.
- 3 · Officer verification
A licensing officer verifies your documents and may raise a Further Information Request (FIR) that you answer in your portal.
- 4 · On-site inspection
An inspector visits the premises and completes the official MoH checklist on location. Scoring decides your compliance band.
- 5 · Approval
The regulatory head reviews the inspection result and payment, then approves, returns for correction, or rejects with reasons.
- 6 · Certificate & portal
Your licence certificate is issued with a QR code for public verification, and your facility portal account is activated.
Before you start
- Legal and trade name, TIN and business licence
- Owner and technical manager identification
- Premises address with exact GPS coordinates
- Capacity details (rooms and beds, or service capacity)
- Health, safety and compliance documents
- Payment reference for the licensing fee
